Join us on a journey through the enticing cuisines of Thailand and Vietnam and get ready for a culinary adventure like no other.

In Chiang Mai, Thailand, we fell in love with the different soups that are served at every meal – even breakfast!  Steaming bowls of Tom Yum soup, the tangy lemongrass scent and the balance of sour, sweet, salty, and spicy flavors is like heaven in every bite!

Bill’s favorite is Pad Thai - Thailand's beloved noodle dish. Imagine slurping up those tender rice noodles, coated in a tantalizing mix of tamarind, fish sauce, and chili flakes. With each bite, you're transported to the bustling streets of Bangkok, where the scent of sizzling woks fills the air.

Priscilla’s favorite is Thai curry. Whether it’s a bowl of creamy Massaman curry or the spicier Green curry, each spoonful is a journey through Thailand's rich culinary heritage.

Throughout Southeast Asia, street food is King and in Vietnam we found ourselves sitting on plastic stools, surrounded by locals, digging into a steaming bowl of Pho. The fragrant broth, tender rice noodles, and the choice of beef or chicken are experiences we’ll never forget.

For lunch we’d often grab a Banh Mi, that crispy baguette, filled with savory grilled meats, tangy pickled vegetables, and fresh herbs. It's a “snack” that's hard to beat!

Hot Pot is a communal dining experience that's as much about the company as it is about the food. In Danang we shared a Hot Pot with our Driver who showed us what to do! There’s something magical about dipping fish, meat and fresh veggies into a bubbling pot of aromatic broth, surrounded by friends. It makes my mouth water to think of it!

We met while both of us were veterans of the travel industry – Bill as owner of successful travel agencies in Central Florida, and Priscilla as Sales Director for a worldwide Tour Operator. In retrospect, our love of travel must have played a part in bringing us together!
